Financial Hope Lab

A 2-Hour Workshop on Rooting in Resilience & Reimagining Your Relationship with Money

In a world where financial uncertainty and anxiety are increasingly the norm, how do we cultivate hope? How do we move beyond the values of scarcity, perfectionism, and urgency that dominate our economic culture?

Financial Hope Lab is an interactive, two-hour online workshop designed to help you reimagine your relationship with money. Through teaching, guided exercises, and group coaching, we’ll explore:

✨ The dominant values shaping our financial lives (like individualism, competition, and consumerism) and the impact they have on our well-being.

✨ New, life-giving ways of engaging with money rooted in collective care, self-compassion, reciprocity, and balance.

✨ Practical strategies to foster financial resilience, even in the face of uncertainty.

This is not about quick fixes or toxic positivity. It’s about learning to navigate money with intention, grace, and a sense of agency, no matter what’s happening in the wider world.

Come as you are. Bring your questions, your worries, your curiosity. Let’s gather in community, disrupt the narratives that keep us stuck, and co-create a more hopeful financial future.
